Raissa assists clients of all ages and abilities:

We work together to customize a yoga practice that works for you. Perhaps you are a beginner, or want to introduce your partner to yoga, or you’re a seasoned practitioner wishing to dive deeper into the multi-faceted yoga world. Together we will create a practice that engages you physically, mentally and emotionally. This is a completely customizable experience that you won't be able to explore in a group yoga class.

Together we can:

-  Learn the basic yoga postures and alignments

- Learn yogic breathing techniques to help manage stress, anxiety, fears, or trouble sleeping

- Customize a home yoga practice that meets your specific needs

- Design a practice to accommodate injuries or physical limitations 

- Create guided meditations to open your heart, experience peace, equanimity, self-love, compassion, connection, and mindfulness

- We can also explore restorative yoga, chakra balancing, and sound healing

 

I accommodate private clients in the Bay Area at my home studio, at your home or workplace, in the great outdoors, or any other place where you wish to bring the practice into your life.
