Join Heather and I for OUR 5TH YOGA AND FITNESS RETREAT TO MEXICO — a sweet and sweaty getaway of twice daily practice, luxury villas, delectable meals and immersive experiences in Todos Santos.
What Inspires Us
We love yoga, in its purest form ~ postures, alignment, breath and movement. Yet we’re also drawn to move creatively outside traditional yoga postures to weave power-building, core-strengthening, cardio, and meditative guidance into the mix. We guide students to trust themselves to move into a deeper mind-body-breath connection that is graceful, powerful and soulful while rooted in traditional yoga alignment. Together we create a healing and transformative experience of community practice, set to inspirational music, in a truly extraordinary setting.

We team up to deliver you the best possible retreat experience. Between the two of us, we offer you two complimentary parts of a yoga practice, the mindfulness and awareness you need to stay tuned in and the exercises and tools you need to get physically strong. You will power up your muscles, open your heart, and connect to your soul power to carry you into the essence of your practice. Finally, we include mini private sessions to work on your goals, aspirations and inquiries in the practice. Ultimately, we believe in offering a retreat that is open and accessible to all — we strive to include all backgrounds, body types, races, and genders.
