A great sequence for avoiding wrist or shoulder stress, and cultivating focus and total body awareness. The practice starts with a standing meditation, and moves fluidly through a fully embodied, mostly standing and seated sequence. HPF is based on Bikram's 26 posture series, modified for fluidity and flow, and is designed to be practiced in a warm space. Or you can jog in place a bit before practicing to get your internal heat up and running.
